About API demo
A sandbox API you can point a real client at.
API demo exists to be called. It implements the parts of an account system that are tedious to build and tedious to mock — registration with email confirmation, sign-in with a rotating token pair, a session list you can revoke from, and a subscription behind a payment provider's hosted checkout — and it answers with the same shapes a production service would.
It is meant for learning HTTP and for testing a client against real responses: real status codes, real validation errors, real token expiry. Every endpoint is documented in the API reference, and every flow the reference describes is one you can run end to end from this site.
It is a demonstration stand, not a product. Nothing here is operated to a service level, and the data in it is not real data.
